Are you an independent garage, tuner or automotive technician in Lausanne, Geneva, French-speaking Switzerland or elsewhere in Europe? The MPerf File Service was designed for you: get a professional engine map remotely, without moving the vehicle.
The File Service is our remote remapping offer. You read the original map from your workshop with your own tool, send us the logs and the original file, and we take care of the entire map modification.
This service is aimed exclusively at professionals with the right equipment: OBD or bench tools, logging software, and the technical skill to flash the final file to the vehicle.
At MPerf we follow one non-negotiable rule: we never work on a map without logs. This requirement guarantees an accurate result, matched to the engine's real condition, and protects both your customer and your reputation.

WinOLS is the world reference for editing engine maps. Used by the best tuners in Europe, it allows precise reading, analysis and modification of every ECU parameter: injection curves, ignition timing, rev limiter, turbo boost, mixture and much more.
At MPerf we have used WinOLS since our beginnings in 2014. The official WinOLS 5 licence confirms our level of expertise and our access to the most complete map databases on the market.
Every File Service project is handled directly in WinOLS by our technical team, with careful analysis of the logs provided. We do not apply a generic stage: every file is worked on individually, taking into account the engine's specifics, its mileage and the requested goals.
Our rigorous approach explains why we systematically refuse requests without logs: a file without real data is not a reliable remap, it is an approximation.
How it works
File Service process — step by step
A rigorous protocol to guarantee a professional result on every job.
Absolute rule: MPerf accepts no map without logs. Any request without logs will be refused.
Read with your own tool
You read the original map with your own flashing interface (OBD or bench). You are the only one handling the vehicle.
Baseline logging
You record a full set of logs with the vehicle in stock condition: engine speed, temperatures, MAF, turbo pressure, lambda and any other relevant parameter.
Send to MPerf
You send us the original file and your logs with a clear description of the goal (stage 1, emissions removal, economy…). No logs: automatic refusal.
Map modification
Our technician analyses your logs in detail in WinOLS 5 and modifies the map according to the engine's real condition and the agreed goals. Every map is handled individually.
You log again
You flash the modified map, then record a new set of logs in the same driving conditions. This post-modification log comes back to us for verification.
MPerf compares & validates
We compare the before/after logs to validate the modification, detect any anomaly and confirm the project meets expectations. Final delivery after validation.

Why are logs mandatory?
Logs give us a faithful picture of the engine's real condition. Without them we would be working on theoretical values that do not reflect the specific vehicle. A file without logs is blind remapping — and something we categorically refuse at MPerf.
What equipment do I need to use the File Service?
You need a flashing interface (OBD or bench), logging software (VCDS, MPPS, Trasdata, etc.) and the technical skill to read/write an ECU. This service is reserved for equipped professionals.
Which vehicles and ECUs do you support?
We cover the vast majority of ECUs on the European market: Bosch, Siemens/Continental, Delphi, Magneti Marelli, Denso and others. Contact us with your vehicle details (make, model, year, engine, ECU reference) to confirm compatibility.
What is the turnaround time?
Average turnaround is 24 to 48h after receiving the logs and the complete file. Complex or multi-ECU projects may take slightly longer. We keep you informed as soon as your file arrives.
How does final validation work?
After flashing the modified map, you record a new set of logs in the same conditions as the baseline. You send us these post-modification logs and we compare the two series to validate the result and detect any anomaly before closing the job.
How do I send files to MPerf?
Everything happens by email or WhatsApp. Attach the original file, your baseline logs and a clear description of the goal (power gain, emissions removal, economy…). We confirm receipt and take over from there.
