Data we collect
We collect the data you provide: contact details (name, email, phone), information about your vehicle (make, model, registration, chassis number) and the details of your booking requests. When a customer account is created, we also keep the history of your services (tuning maps, measured gains) and your invoices.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to handle your requests, carry out and follow up on services, and meet our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting). It is never sold or shared with third parties.
Retention periods
Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss commercial law. Your customer-account data (vehicles, service history, files) is kept for as long as your account is active. Booking requests are anonymized when you delete your account.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. From your customer area, the “Settings” section lets you delete your account yourself: your personal data is then anonymized, while the invoices and documents we are legally required to keep are retained in a form dissociated from your identity.
